Reply to anyone who engaged yesterday. "Hey! Glad that resonated — did you check out [thing]?" is all it takes.

Post One Story

A tip, a behind-the-scenes, a poll, or a soft mention of your offer. Stories compound. Every day you skip means a warm lead is cooling off.

Minutes 7 – 10

Engage in Your Group

Like 5 comments. Reply to 3 posts. Ask one question. Keeps your group warm and tells Facebook to show it to more people.

Minutes 11 – 13

Send One Email (2-3x/week)

A tip, a story, a "here's what I'm working on." Always with a soft CTA at the bottom.

Minutes 14 – 15

Check ManyChat

See who triggered your keyword flows. Respond to anything that needs a personal touch.

That's it. 15 minutes a day. Do this for 30 days straight and you'll have a warm audience that buys from you consistently. No ads. No cold outreach. No grinding.
